Duty Manager
to join a growing team passionate about British ingredients, fine wine and delivering a memorable guest experience in our stunning Central London restaurant with a historic Victorian interior.The main purpose of this role will be to work independently and collaboratively with fellow duty managers, reporting into the Restaurant General manager. To lead from the front, whilst mentoring junior team members, to deliver a fantastic guest experience, from first contact to lastYou already have:+ 2 years experience at supervisor level+ 2 years floor experience+ 1 year Bar experiencePassion for hospitalityAbility to be a role modelFlexibility around working hoursYou will be:Creating and managing RotasManaging service from top to bottomEnsuring the team always deliver the highest possible levels of customer serviceOverseeing stock levels and stock takesMaintaining health and safety standardsOngoing training and management of team membersWhat you will get:£33,000 PA and
