Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Drylining Estimator to join a well-established subcontractor specialising in drylining, partitions, and suspended ceilings. You will play a key role in the pre-construction team, pricing projects across commercial, residential, and fit-out sectors.

Responsibilities

• Preparing accurate cost estimates for drylining packages
• Measuring quantities from drawings (take-offs)
• Reviewing tender documents, drawings, and specifications
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes
• Producing detailed and competitive tender submissions
• Attending pre-tender and post-tender meetings where required
• Working closely with the commercial and project teams

Experience

• Proven experience as a Drylining Estimator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of partitions, plasterboard systems, and suspended ceilings
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Good understanding of materials, labour costs, and installation methods
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
