Contracts Manager Internal and External Planned Maintenance - Social Housing£75,000-£85,000 plus package (dependant on experience) plus car allowanceLondon and Kent My client are currently looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join their growing business. They are looking for someone to head up a newly won contract and join the business in an exciting period of growth. Within this position you will be responsible for managing the delivery of internal and external planned maintenances across London and Kent. Projects that are being delivered will incluce re-cladding of low rise tower blocks, kitchen and bathroom replacements, window and door renewals and FRA projects. The Role;Within this role, you will be responsible for ensuring PandL, budgets and deadlines are met. You would also be responsible for ensuring the level of service and quality is to the highest standard as well as cost control, creating CPP and programming of works and budgeting. Implement strong HandS across all projects. Your direct team will include site management, supervisors, RLO''s and subcontractors.
