CRM Training and Support Expert

CRM Support and Training Expert We are working with a European Leader in defence who is undergoing a major digital transformation, and has a brand-new role opening for a CRM Support and Training Expert to join them on this exciting journey. With the office based in Hertfordshire, this is a hybrid role which will see you in the office three days a week, with two days working from home. Working with their Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you will be involved with: Analysing the needs for training and supportPlanning and crafting comprehensive training interventionsPlanning and delivering user support and follow-up sessions during the adoption phaseConducting regular assessments to determine the level of user understandingCollecting and analysing new requirements and business needsCollaborating with cross-functional teamsIdentifying new risks associated with the CRM implementation For this role, the right candidate will have/be: Valid SC clearance or be SC eligibleA relevant University degree is preferredRelevant industry experience working in a highly regulated environmentExperience working with Microsoft Dynamics and/or SalesforceExperience supporting larger teams In terms of the package on offer, the salary ranges from around 50,000 to 55,000, plus a range of excellent benefits, including an annual bonus, overtime, and more.
