We are currently working in partnership with a Local Authority in Somerset who are recruiting for a Senior Estates Surveyor on a six-month contract. This is an interim position, paid on an hourly basis with an hourly rate of £60.67 per hour. The role will be paid via an Umbrella Company, and the client has listed this position as an urgent requirement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience dealing with acquisitions and disposals, while holding a membership with a professional body such as RICS.
