As a key member of the senior leadership team, you''ll lead the organisation''s quality strategy, oversee curriculum design and development, champion continuous improvement and ensure the business remains fully prepared for Ofsted, awarding body and funding compliance. Essential Criteria: Must be a qualified Assessor and IQA - holding any of the following: (D32/D33/A1/TAQA/CAVA D34/V1/IQA). Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification, e.g. PGCE/CertEd, DET/DTLLS or equivalent. Proven experience leading quality assurance, curriculum development and inclusion within an Apprenticeship or Further Education environment.
