We’re hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a prestigious £150m heritage redevelopment in Central London — transforming a Grade I listed building into a luxury 5-star hotel, private members’ club, and high-spec residences. What You’ll Be Doing (The Role)

• Lead the commercial management of a landmark, 200,000 sq ft development in Central London.
• Manage and mentor a commercial team across tendering, procurement, and cost control.
• Handle cost reporting, contract negotiations, and subcontractor relationships.
• Engage in client liaison, representing commercial interests and securing repeat business.
• Support claims management and dispute resolution, ensuring strong contractual compliance.
• Liaise between site and head office teams (Essex-based) for seamless delivery and reporting.

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on high-value (£50m+) commercial or high-end residential projects.
• Background in sectors such as hotels, listed buildings, prime residential, leisure, or complex refurbishments.
• Confident with JCT contracts, NEC, procurement strategies, and package negotiations.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• A sharp commercial eye with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
