You will be joining our client who are a leading manufacturing company working with high performance luxury automotive and motor sport clients. They are expanding their manufacturing team and are looking for experienced Composite Laminators. As part of the laminating team team, you will be involved in crafting high-precision carbon fibre components. This is a hands-on, quality focused role in a cutting-edge production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLaminating carbon fibre parts (bumpers, bonnets, doors, quarter panels, windshield surrounds)Following technical drawings and specificationsEnsuring compliance with job card instructionsContributing to process improvement and efficiencyCollaborating with internal teamsMaintaining equipment and workstationsAbout YouYou should have:Be an experienced Composite Laminator within Automotive or Motorsport sectors - Minimum of 2 yearsAbility to read and work from engineering drawingsExperience with IATF 16949:2016 quality standardsFamiliarity with pre-preg and autoclave laminating processesExcellent attention to detailGood communication, time management, and organisation ..... full job details .....
