Responsibilities
About the role
Scale Emma''s affiliate program by forming direct partnerships with amazing organisationsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of partners and opportunitiesDesign promotional campaigns across partners with the ultimate goal of acquiring more customersLead Emma in the employee benefits space as a financial wellbeing appEnsure proper tracking, analysis and reportingWork with the broader marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages
Who We Are Looking For
2+ years of experience in a partnership/sales/business development or heavy outbounds related roleAn excellent understanding of digital data analyticsYou want to be part of an amazing teamYou are excited by what we''re building at Emma and have an interest in budgetingGo getter / hustler mentality
