The salary for this role is up to 36,000, plus company benefits.This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional to work within a first-class environment, delivering outstanding service to residents whilst ensuring the building is maintained to the highest possible standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across the development, helping to create a safe, efficient, and exceptionally well-presented living environment.You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of general maintenance and minor repairs across the building, including basic plumbing, carpentry, first fix electrical works, and painting and decorating. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you''ll assist with routine inspections and health and safety checks, ensuring all communal areas, plant rooms, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to an exceptional standard.
