Customer Service Administrator
Location: Mirfield
Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday (30 minute Lunch)
Pay: -13.33 p/h
Contract Type: Temporary Contract with long term opportunities available for the right candidates.

This role requires someone to immediately support the team with administrative and customer service functions to keep operations running smoothly. For the right person, there is potential to take on a broader range of duties as part of a larger role within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing customer orders and accurately entering details into the internal system.
• Managing high volumes of incoming customer enquiries through a ticketing system.
• Scheduling deliveries and providing updates to customers.
• Carrying out a variety of administrative support tasks.
• Working closely with a friendly, supportive team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

What We''re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customer service / administrative role, ideally in a B2B / B2C Role.
• Strong IT skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and over the phone.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• A team player with a proactive, solution focused approach.
