Manage monthly Payroll and pension processes and provide comprehensive HR administration.
Payroll Management:Process UK payroll for 100+ employees and pensioners.Oversee Dutch payroll via external bureau.Handle payroll year-end tasks (P60s, P11Ds, PSA).Prepare payroll-related journals and accruals.Pension and Benefits:Administer pension schemes and benefits.Manage international PAYE tax and related schemes.HR Administration:Administration relating to employee lifecycle e.g. Onboarding/offboarding, referencing, inductions, training, etc.Maintain employee data on HRIS (SAP-SF / Cintra) and internal digital filing systems.Assist with bonus/incentive preparation and HR reporting.Handle confidential HR tasks and staff queriesGeneral:To adhere to all policies and procedures of NORD/LB including but not limited to Compliance, HR and IT policies and procedures.Any other reasonable duty as required, which may be assigned from time to time.Key Skills and Experience required:Essential:• Strong payroll, benefits and pension administration knowledge/experience.• Familiarity with U.K. tax legislation.• Proficiency in MS Word/Excel and HRIS/payroll systems (SAP, Cintra or similar).• Excellent communication, organisational skills, and confidentiality.Desirable:• IPPE professional Payroll Certificate or equivalent.• Familiarity with European tax legislation.• Member of the CIPP.• Strong HR Administation Experience ..... full job details .....
