Founded in 2003, we are a privately owned Construction, Refurbishment and Maintenance main contractor with offices in Scotland and England. The Role We are seeking a Regional Contracts Manager to manage projects across the Southwest of England, through to London. This position is being advertised as Bristol-based; however, we are happy to consider applicants located anywhere within the Southwest region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager or a proven Site/Project Manager looking to take the next step into regional leadership. The role will oversee multiple live sites, covering a wide range of works including commercial refurbishments, void property contracts, and general construction projects.
