This team supports care-experienced young people transitioning into adulthood helping them achieve stability, independence and a positive future. With a strong emphasis on relationship-based, trauma-informed work, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a long-term impact in the lives of young people navigating complex transitions. The role is permanent, full-time, and based on a hybrid model, with just three days per week in the office. The council also provides a borough-wide parking permit to support flexible travel.
