This is a great opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earner to manage their own caseload with flexibility and support. Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesTransfers of equity, re-mortgages, and shared ownershipLiaising with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transactionsSupervising conveyancing assistants and supporting junior staffThe firm uses a modern case management system (Proclaim) to support file progression and efficiencyWhat they’re looking for

Experience running a full residential conveyancing caseload independentlySolid knowledge of the conveyancing process, compliance, and risk managementConfident communicator with excellent client care skillsStrong time management and organisational abilityProficiency in legal IT systems - Proclaim is a plusA positive, team-first attitude and willingness to support othersWhat’s on Offer
