This role is essentially managing the accounts for your own portfolio of blocks/properties, which includes: Setting the yearly service charge budget for each block with assistance from the Property Managers Maintain income and expenditure ledger Dealing with leaseholders queries relating to the accounts and service charges Ensure all cheques received from lessees are promptly paid in on the due dates Carry out monthly bank reconciliations against the bank statements Dealing with annual accounts at year end, producing a balance sheet, complete accounts to trial balance Paying invoices relating to the works carried out on each block Check for arrears owing from ..... full job details .....
