This role offers the opportunity to join an established team where you will play an important role Providing legal advice within your area of expertise to clients and the Firm and assist in the business development in the Commercial Property Team COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICTOR PETERBOROUGH CAMBS, OFFICE BASED £45000 - £50,000 Monday to Friday 09.00am to 17.30pm Key responsibilities for the Commercial Property Solicitor: You will be responsible for: Acquisitions and disposals of commercial freehold and leasehold properties; Handling landlord and tenant issues; Dealing with commercial leasing matters such as grants of new leases, renewals, extensions, and assignments; and Providing advice to both borrowers and lenders on property finance arrangements. Maintaining the highest standards of legal practice while ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures. Taking responsibility for ongoing professional development by completing relevant CPD and proactively identifying any areas for further training. Meeting financial performance targets in relation to time recording and billing, while effectively managing client accounts and overseeing credit control where required.
