IT Service Desk Analyst

Based in Gateshead 9 Day Working Fortnight shift pattern - a day off every 2 weeks! We Put People First so you can Deliver Outstanding Service This is great opportunity for to join our IT team in the Gateshead office. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be assisting and supporting the wider team across the administration of user services. As IT Service Desk Analyst you will: Administrator and control of all internal line of business software systems Maintain, update and create administration documentation Administrator and support with IT assets and equipment including iPads, laptops and mobile phones, liaising with the external 3rd party Mobile Communications provider Troubleshoot network issues and liaising with our network providers Take incoming calls and remotely supporting IT issues Support on IT projects when required. As IT Service Desk Analyst you ll have: Good administration background and able to perform general administrative activities.
