You''ll work collaboratively with diverse teams, supporting the delivery of high-quality construction projects across the region. What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll be working within the Commercial team, supporting them in delivering successful project outcomes. Your day to day will include: Managing commercial resources and maximising gross margin through effective contract placement and control Appointing subcontractors, placing orders for materials and plant, and negotiating variations with customers and suppliers Measuring and valuing work to support invoicing and payment processes, whilst maintaining positive cash flow Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle Leading and motivating the project''s commercial staff, promoting best practice and collaborative working What are we looking for?
