Restaurant General Manager
As Restaurant General Manager, youll play a key role in shaping the guest experience, leading a passionate front-of-house team, and ensuring our service matches the quality and ethos of our food. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to champion sustainability in hospitality.Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and front-of-house teamDeliver warm, seamless service in line with our sustainable ethosLead, mentor and develop a high-performing teamCollaborate closely with the kitchen and farm teams to align guest experience with seasonal menusEnsure health, safety and hygiene standards are maintainedManage reservations, events, and guest communicationsSupport with recruitment, rota planning and budgetingAbout You
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-quality hospitality settingA genuine passion for sustainable food systems and ethical hospitalityStrong leadership and people management skillsA calm, professional presence under pressureFamiliar with using reservation and POS systemsFlexible, proactive, and a strong communicatorWhat We Offer
