Role Overview: As a Customer Service Administrator, you''ll be a crucial part of our team, ensuring smooth operations in customer service, order processing, sales support, and administrative tasks. This full-time role is based in our Desford office. Key Responsibilities: First point of contact for all customer queries via phone and email. Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with suppliers and couriers to ensure timely product delivery. Support management as needed. Maintain strong organisational and time management skills. Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong internal and external relationships. Skills and Qualifications: Professional and approachable customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or construction is desirable but not essential.
