Your Role:

  Plan and deliver creative, highly differentiated lessons tailored to meet the complex needs of PMLD pupils

• 
  

  Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that promotes sensory engagement and personal development

• 
  

  Work collaboratively with LSAs, therapists, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support

• 
  

  Monitor, assess, and review EHCP targets and progress with a focus on communication, independence, and wellbeing

• 
  

  Encourage pupil autonomy and emotional growth, adapting approaches to individual capabilities

What We''re Looking For:

• 
  

  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• 
  

  Proven experience teaching pupils with PMLD or severe SEN in specialist settings

• 
  

  In-depth knowledge of effective PMLD teaching strategies and sensory curriculum approaches

• 
  

  Excellent communication, empathy, patience, and classroom management skills

• 
  

  A positive, child-centered attitude with resilience and creativity
