This 12-month opportunity involves driving project governance, ensuring adherence to change management standards, and providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a confident team player with financial services experience who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Key Responsibilities of the PMO Specialist: Contribute to and maintain Change Management governance, processes, tools, and methodologies.Assist Project Managers in following frameworks and best practices, escalating issues as required.Support deployment of the Change Management Framework and provide guidance to stakeholders.Monitor programme and project progress, budgets, risks, and compliance.Track and report on governance, financial trends, and post-project review actions.Administer project management tools, ensuring accuracy, optimising functionality, and promoting best practice.Foster a culture of progress and adaptability across the Change community.Build strong relationships with project teams and senior stakeholders, maintaining positivity under pressure.
