Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer Location: Coventry (Mobile Role Across Midlands and Secure Sites) Salary: £43,000 £45,000 per annum + Structured Overtime Contract Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP The Role We are seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer for a permanent mobile role covering secure sites across the Midlands, including work within UK prisons. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you ll be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of commercial gas and oil-fired heating systems across a variety of secure environments. Key Responsibilities Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems Work across secure and sensitive sites, including prisons Service, fault-find, and repair commercial heating and ventilation systems Operate CAFM systems to log works and generate compliance reports Follow all relevant health and safety guidelines Participate in an out-of-hours on-call service rota Support general MandE tasks when required Candidate Requirements Essential: Valid Commercial Gas Safe certifications Experience servicing and maintaining commercial heating systems Experience working in prisons or secure environments Full UK driving licence Familiarity with CAFM (tablet-based) systems Eligible for or currently hold CTC clearance Preferred: OFTEC ..... full job details .....
