Our client an alternative provision is seeking a primary teacher. They have been judged as Good by Ofsted and are keen to continue to develop on their journey to Outstanding. The school is in a growth period of both pupils and reptuation.

The organisation is an alternative provision for learners on the autistic spectrum or who have other special educational needs and challenging behaviour. Their ethos is that students are able to overcome the barriers to learning.

You will be able to plan, deliver and assess teaching and learning activities with support from the Senior Management Team. You will be working with learners who are working below the standard of national curriculum and will be able to teach learners in accordance with the schools curriculum policy.

The post holder will also be required to assist and deliver lessons in other subjects and will be required to support the schools ethos of developing the personal and social development of the learners.
