About the Role

The Business Development Manager / Networker will play a pivotal role in driving the company''s growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Generation & Networking: Proactively identifying potential clients and building relationships with property consultants, landlords, and tenants.

  • Proposal Development: Collaborating with the team to create compelling proposals and presentations that align with client needs.

  • Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.

  • Brand Representation: Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with the project management and design teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
