Environmental Health Practitioner x2 (Health and Safety) – Barnet Council. We are looking for candidates who are registered Environmental Health Practitioners (EHP) with experience delivering food and health and safety enforcement. Your main responsibility will be delivering the full range of health and safety enforcement functions including inspections, investigations and taking enforcement action. We are at an exciting point in this journey following a recent reorganisation to bolster Environmental Health service delivery. There is a new structure in place – all focused on rebalancing Environmental Health and delivering statutory functions using a risk-based and proportionate approach. Progress has been made but there is still a long and challenging journey ahead of us.
