Based from their office in Potters Bar, the successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial management of multiple façade and cladding projects across London, ensuring financial performance, contractual compliance, and successful project delivery from pre-construction through to final account. Key Responsibilities Full commercial management of façade and cladding packages from tender stage through to final account. Preparation, submission, and negotiation of valuations, variations, and final accounts. Cost reporting, forecasting, and budget management. Procurement and management of subcontractor packages. Contract administration and risk management. Working closely with project delivery teams to maximise commercial performance. Managing client relationships and attending commercial meetings.
