About the role of Assistant Site Manager I am currently working with a 5-star house builder, who are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to work alongside their current team, on a site in Greater Manchester. The site will consist of 150 timber framed, open market units. Responsibilities for Assistant Site Manager Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the management of work activities and trade subcontractors on site, safety and quality.Management and coordination of sub-contract trades.Ensuring company standards followed for health and safety.Coordination and progress meetings.
