CJS Recruitment are looking for a Entry- Level Quantity surveyor / Estimator who is capable of contract administrative duties also looking for 1 year industry experience in the residential / Extensions sector.-

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and tender submission-

- Analyse project drawings, specifications and requirements-

- Liasie with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and quotations

- Support the development of cost plans and budgets

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or Estimating

- Around 1 year relevant experience-

-Familiarity with construction contracts

- Excellent communication and organisational skills-
