Sales Manager – Fire Solutions

Location: South East, London (National Travel)

Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing providers of fire safety, compliance and life safety solutions. Backed by significant investment and a dynamic new leadership team, the business is entering an exciting phase of national expansion.

As part of this continued growth, they are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to drive new business, develop strategic customer relationships and help grow market share across a range of sectors.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities while developing existing accounts across sectors including:

Healthcare, Education, Commercial Property, Facilities Management, Industrial & Manufacturing, Public Sector & Local Authority, Infrastructure

Working closely with technical and operational teams, you will provide tailored fire safety and compliance solutions that deliver real value to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a proactive business development strategy.
  • Identify, secure and grow new customer opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Promote a broad range of fire protection and compliance solutions, including:
    • Fire Detection & Alarm Systems
    • Passive Fire Protection
    • Fire Doors & Compartmentation
    • Emergency Lighting
    • Fire Suppression Systems
    • Fire Risk Assessments
    • Fire & Security Maintenance
  • Prepare proposals, presentations and tenders.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
  • Work collaboratively with operational and technical teams.

Candidates background & experience

  • A proven track record in business development within fire protection, fire & compliance, M&E, building services or facilities management.
  • Strong commercial and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience selling consultative service solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • A self-motivated, proactive approach and a full UK driving Licence.
