All of our students have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), and many have experienced significantly disrupted educational journeys.This is a rewarding opportunity to become part of a supportive team where you can build positive relationships with students and help them achieve their personal, social and academic potential.About the roleAs a member of our team, you will play an important role in supporting students both academically and behaviourally. You will help create a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment, working alongside colleagues to ensure every young person has the opportunity to succeed.Our approach is underpinned by the principles of Attachment Theory, and we believe strongly in getting to know each student as an individual.
