About the Role:
A secondary school in Wolverton is seeking a HLTA to support across a range of subjects. You will work with pupils in small groups, deliver interventions, and step in to cover classes where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver intervention groups to boost progress in English and Maths
• Support students with SEN across mainstream lessons
• Cover teacher absences with pre-set work
• Build positive relationships with pupils to encourage engagement

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or proven TA/cover experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident managing classrooms
• Flexible and adaptable to different subjects
