A well-established logistics company are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a small, supportive team based near Watlington on a full time, permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm (37.5 hours per week) and they’re offering the salary of £13.50 per hour. This is a temp to perm opportunity.

As the Warehouse Operative, you will be:

• Receiving incoming shipments, checking for damage, and logging goods into the system
• Organising stock and materials in designated storage areas
• Picking and packing orders for despatch
• Performing inventory counts and updating stock records
• Assisting in keeping the warehouse tidy and compliant with health & safety guidelines
• Operating manual handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, etc.)

A suitable Warehouse Operative will need:

• Experience working within a warehouse
• Forklift licence (preferable but not essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Good work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
