On offer: Circa 55,000 + bonus Car Allowance 33 days holidays inclusive of bank holidays Enhanced annual leave and company pension Healthcare The Role: Manage and lead an experienced team within the HR function to deliver on the full employee lifecycle Deliver on business goals and objectives including talent management and succession planning Apply HR and business knowledge evidencing appropriate and effective decision-making skills. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals. Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance. Manage employee relations including dispute resolutions, disciplinarian, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy. Promote a positive working environment through the delivery of an engagement strategy in addition to effective management of procedural issues and provision of expert advice to line management.
