Role and Responsibilities of the Senior Credit Controller: Collecting payments from both private and public sector clients via phone and email. Ensuring timely invoice distribution and monthly statements. Monitoring portals and inboxes to ensure proper processing. Resolving billing-related queries including purchase order issues and invoicing errors. Raising credit notes and correcting billing issues to facilitate payment.
