Press Brake OperatorBasingstoke, HampshireNight shiftTemp to PermPay from 15.00Pertemps are currently seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join a Successful Manufacturing company in Basingstoke.You will be responsible for fabricating and assembling sheet metal products using hand tools and operating press brake machine.Main Duties for Press Brake Operator:- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal.- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders to determine specifications.- Producing bespoke orders using high tech manufacturing machines.- Select appropriate tooling and adjust machine settings for each job.- Load and unload the machine.- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of the finished product.- Inspect finished parts for defects or imperfections.- Use of hand tools where necessary.- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.Requirements for the role:- Previous experience as a Press Brake Operator or in similar role - Essential.- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of technical drawings.- Have a positive, can-do attitude.- Hard working, loyal and committed.- Heavy lifting and manual work required.- Be prepared to undertake training as required.More about the Role:- Monday to Thursday 16:00 - 02:00- Pay from 15.00 per hour- Company pension- 25 Days holiday per year- On-site parking- Training and developmentIf you are interested in this Press Brake position, please contact Paul at ..... full job details .....
