Cleaner

CTRG are working in partnership with one of the UKs leading facilities management companies to recruit for a cleaning supervisor to join their team on a temp to perm contract.
A CLEAN ENHANCED DBS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
Reporting to the Area Manager, the role holder will lead, support and guide their team in the on-going operation and development of our cleaning operations at the school.
The scope of the role is to ensure that exceptional service levels, client satisfaction, continuous improvement and innovation are provided to our customer.
The main duties for the role will include but will not be inclusive of the below list -
- Ability to effectively plan the rota to cover for days off and holiday cover.
- Check quality of work daily to ensure standards are being met.
- To make line managers aware of any issues that cannot be resolved locally.
- Advise line managers of sickness and absences.
- To order materials in a timely manner.
- To induct and train new employees.
- Complete toolbox talks and complete any further training as required.
- To ensure that the onsite H&S book is always up to date and complete, especially concerning new employees.
- To have regular conversations with the client to alleviate minor issues or to pass on to line manager.
- Send in fortnightly timesheets.
- To utilise the company app for logging in and off and the booking of holidays.
- To report any machine issues in a timely manner.
- Report any maintenance issues to the client.
- Ensure all contracted site hours are delivered
Location -Fulford YO10
Shifts available - 6am- 8am and again 2pm-7pm Monday to Friday (35 hours weekly)
Pay rate is -14.06 an hour - weekly pay **TEMP TO PERM**
This is an immediate start and the applicant must be available to work all days.
