Smile Education are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join a secondary school in the Telford area, teaching across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

The RoleAs a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons across KS3 and KS4, helping students develop their knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm for Science.
The school offers a broad curriculum and places a strong emphasis on academic achievement, personal development and preparing students for their next steps. There are also opportunities for students to engage with enrichment activities and develop their interests beyond the classroom.
The successful Science Teacher will:

• Teach Science across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons
• Have high expectations of student achievement and behaviour
• Support students of varying abilities and backgrounds
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Inspire students to develop a genuine interest in Science
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student progress

What We''re Looking ForWe are keen to hear from qualified Science Teachers and experienced Science specialists, including ECTs, who are passionate about their subject and committed to providing an excellent learning experience for students.
You will need:

• Experience teaching Science at secondary level
• The ability to teach KS3 and KS4 Science
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A passion for education and supporting young people
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and student welfare
