On behalf of our client, we are searching for an experienced Director of Building Services and Engineering to champion their vision of creating safe, secure, and inspiring environments for their residents and teams.The RoleAs the Director of Building Services and Engineering, you will be the strategic lead behind the FM strategy. You will:Shape and Deliver the FM Strategy

: Develop and refine a comprehensive Facilities Management strategy that harmonises Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance, Lifecycle Management, and Capital Expenditure.Champion Safety and Service Excellence

: Ensure the estate remains a secure and vibrant environment, overseeing our Plant and Machinery and essential engineering services.Lead a Strong Team

: Manage and mentor senior managers, including the Head of Building Services, Head of Resident Maintenance and Procurement, Commissioning and Building Services Manager, and Health and Safety Manager.Drive Operational Excellence

: Present annual FM business plans, track key metrics, and deliver regular performance reports to ensure all services meet and exceed market-leading standards.The CandidateWe are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:Extensive Experience:Essential
