Customer Service Administrator

Location: Near Kidderminster

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Pay Rate: -13.30 per hour

Contract: 12-week temp to perm

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a friendly, office-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term employment within a stable business, with full training provided.

• Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Using computer systems to manage information and day-to-day tasks
• Supporting the wider team in a fast-paced office environment

• Be a confident and friendly people person
• Have good computer skills
• Demonstrate a professional and polite telephone manner
• Be willing to learn and develop
• Be flexible and able to cope well under pressure
• Be looking for a long-term role
• Live locally to Kidderminster, Stourport or Bewdley
• Have their own transport (advantageous, due to out-of-town location)

• Knowledge or experience within transport or logistics
