Participate in quality assurance and continuous professional development. What We''re Looking For: A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent). GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above). Experience teaching or supporting learners with SEND. Strong communication, organisational, and assessment skills.
