Due to continued company growth, they are seeking a dynamic and professional Asbestos Removals Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects. You will be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring that projects are delivered to agreed scopes and deadlines, and providing ongoing support and consultancy throughout the process. The ideal candidate will be a switched-on and proactive individual, who holds strong technical knowledge. Responsibilities

Oversee a busy portfolio of asbestos removals contracts within a busy company

Ensure smooth delivery of removals projects

Meet clients to discuss project scopes and establish requirements

Manage teams of site operatives, allocate works, identify areas for training and provide support

Attend sites to prepare quotations and project plans

Produce thorough quotations and tenders

Be the first point of contact for clients, answering technical or logistical queries

Highlight safety risks and make adjustments as necessary

Prepare method statements and risk assessments

Foster positive working relationships with clients

Negotiate contracts with clients

Travel to sites to oversee the delivery of projects

Experience / Qualifications

Must have a successful record of managing a portfolio of asbestos client contracts within the removals sector

Strong leadership / management experience

Excellent sales track record

Exemplary communication skills

Robust technical knowledge

Ideally hold the SMSTS

Strong written and IT skills

Professional manner
