The home has been newly refurbished with plans for further development over 2026. As part of a large organization with a strong reputation, this role requires an experienced manager with a proven track record and strong business acumen to lead the turnaround from a ''Requires Improvement'' rating to ''Good''. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance. - Implement and monitor improvement plans to achieve a ''Good'' rating. - Lead and motivate the care team to deliver exceptional service. - Manage budgets effectively and ensure financial objectives are met. - Liaise with residents, families, and external agencies to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
