Senior Tax Manager

– Are you an experienced tax professional looking for a senior role with scope for progression? Our client, a growing and ambitious accountancy practice, is recruiting for a Senior Tax Manager to join their Northampton office.The Role

This is a senior appointment within a well-established tax team, offering the chance to manage a varied and interesting portfolio of clients. You’ll lead on complex advisory work while ensuring compliance requirements are delivered to a high standard.Managing a broad portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients.Leading on advisory projects including restructures, succession planning, and share schemes.Reviewing compliance work and ensuring deadlines are met.Building and maintaining strong client relationships.Supporting business development and contributing to the growth of the tax service line.Supervising, mentoring, and appraising junior team members.The Candidate

CTA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.Strong technical knowledge across both corporate and personal tax.Confident in leading client relationships and delivering advisory projects.A proven track record of managing staff and supporting development.Organised, commercial, and proactive in approach.What’s on offer
