This new role of Learning and Development Manager will play a vital part in ensuring their success, by leading in the design, development, and delivery of a new and comprehensive learning and development programme to underpin their organisational strategies and plans. In this role you will play a crucial part in enhancing leadership and management capabilities, analysing their learning needs throughout the charity and fostering a culture of continuous learning for all staff.
