Looking for someone to start ASAP for a 3 month contract, paying up to £300 a day inside IR35. Offering hybrid flexible working with 3-4 days a week from their London based office. Role SummaryThis role supports the Production Management team across scripted, unscripted, and animated content by providing day-to-day financial and administrative support. Key responsibilities include raising purchase orders, processing payments, vendor setup, cost tracking, and financial reporting. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments including Legal, Procurement, Finance, and ControllershipKey Responsibilities Set up and manage vendors in financial systems; ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs); work with budget owners to ensure correct coding Monitor project costs, maintain cost trackers, and reconcile supplier balances Assist with budgeting, cost reviews, forecasting, and scenario planning Prepare and submit regular spend reports; support financial close and audit processes Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements before processing payments Identify and resolve payment discrepancies; support financial tracking across departments Contribute to improving financial workflows and system efficiency Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external ..... full job details .....
