HR Manager
We are currently seeking a HR Manager to join a global company based in Derbyshire to support with HR matters for their UK employees. The role is based in their Derbyshire office with travel to sites in the UK required roughly 1-2 times per month as and when needed. This is a full-time position, paying up to £55,000 per annum for the right person.This role will suit someone who can confidently deal with end-to-end people matters autonomously and who is experienced in providing operational HR support.Key Responsibilities:Providing hands-on, day-to-day HR support across the full employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted partner to operational leaders across multiple UK sitesDelivering high-quality advice, coaching and guidance on all employee-relations matters, managing cases confidently and consistentlyLeading recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth, effective hiring process and positive new-starter experienceMaintaining accurate HR data, producing reports and supporting decision-making through effective tracking and insightDriving culture, engagement and continuous-improvement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive working environmentSupporting change-management and HR project work, including policy updates and improvements to HR processesAbout You:CIPD Level 5 minimum ideally with demonstrated HR advisory experience across a broad range of HR areasProven HR generalist background gained in a manufacturing, engineering, logistics or similarly hands-on, ..... full job details .....
