Operations Manager Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting an Operations Manager on behalf of our client in Sheffield. Duties: Leading the Production, Quality/Health/Safety/Environmental and Purchasing teams Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while optimising resource utilisation and minimising costs Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources, including raw materials, equipment, personnel, and capital, to ensure efficient production Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards through implementation and monitoring of quality control procedures.
