What''s involved?
As Chef De Partie, you''ll work closely with a small team of chefs in a fast-paced open kitchen:

• Prepare and cook fresh dishes to a high standard
• Support the Sous Chef during busy services
• Work confidently in a customer-facing kitchen environment
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation
• Contribute to a positive and professional team culture

What we''re looking for

• Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef
• Passion for fresh, seasonal food
• Comfortable working in a small close-knit brigade
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Own transport is essential due to location
